Paperwork required to ship HHG’s into USA.

• Customs form 3299 – This is a US customs form consisting of 4 pages – must be fully completed returned before shipment can be sent,
• Passport: Copies of first 5 pages of passport (even if they are blank) & picture page
• Visa- If you are not a returning resident of the US then we need a copy of your Visa before shipment can be sent.
• Insurance Form: If you wish to take out additional insurance with Arrowpak you will be sent an insurance form to complete. This needs to be returned to us before shipment is sent.

We also need full contact details for USA including contact numbers.

Shipping Vehicles into USA

We can only ship US Spec vehicles or UK Spec vehicles which are over 25 years of age in the USA. If you are unsure refer to manufactures hand book

Additional paperwork needed from the above are

• V5 – Copy of registration document
• Stateside Title – Copy of Stateside title if previously registered in the USA
• M.O.T. – Copy of in date M.O.T. Certificate

Your vehicle must be steamed cleaned and free of any soil, dirt or bugs.
