Items to have accomplished before the movers arrive

1. Empty & defrost the inside of the fridge or freezer
2. Ensure that all appliances are disconnected prior to the arrival of the movers
3. Dispose of all foods that could spill or might soil whilst in transit
4. Remove curtain poles and items fixed to the walls
5. Dismantle outside climbing frames/sheds/ play houses etc
6. Ensure that Garage items are packed safely

If you have accepted a quotation which is “owner packing” we expect all items to be packed and ready to load directly on to the vehicle.

If you are moving Overseas

1. Please ensure that all travel documents are removed from the packing area
2. Ensure that all customs documents are completed correctly
3. All insurance documentation needs to be completed and handed to our crew
4. Please ensure you supply us with destination contact details
5. If you are shipping antiques you may need export certificates
