Arrowpak International has been involved in the worldwide relocation of American personnel and their possessions since 1978. Despite all the changes worldwide, we still play a major role in the relocation of the United States Air Force within Europe.

• When servicemen and women relocate internationally, their families and possessions go with them.
• When moving day arrives, we are there to ensure all their belongings are carefully packed and put into our own specially-designed crates to ensure their safe shipment. Our trained Quality Control staff oversee every  aspect of the operation.
• Arrowpak International’s staff monitors the consignment’s progress from warehouse to port, across the ocean, and on to its final destination.

• When Military personnel relocate into the UK, their consignment will have been entered into our tracking system weeks before they arrive and all documentation completed for clearance into the country.
• If the family has not yet found a home when they get here, we have the warehousing to safely store their belongings. When they are ready, the consignment is delivered direct to their new residence, still securely contained in the cases into which their possessions were packed.

On delivery, our team will unpack their personal effects from the containers and place them where requested. We will then remove the packing materials from the property, complete the documentation, and remain on-site until the customer is completely satisfied everything is in order.
